Position: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in a primary school in Solihull. You will be working within our SEN hub, providing support for a small group for 10 wonderful children in Key Stage 1 (KS1) who have a range of special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support children with SEN, both in the classroom and during outdoor activities.
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored learning plans.
* Assist in the delivery of interventions to meet the individual needs of the children.
* Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment, encouraging positive behaviour and independence.
* Provide feedback to the class teacher and parents on children's progress and development.

Key Requirements:
* Experience working with children, preferably within an SEN setting.
* A patient, understanding, and flexible approach.
* Knowledge of SEN provisions and how they can be implemented in a primary school setting.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Desirable:
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or similar).
* Experience working with children with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, speech and language delays, or physical disabilities.
