They are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of SEN students. This long-term position involves providing tailored support to students with a variety of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) You will play a crucial role in their development and learning journey.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personalised learning plans to ensure students' individual needs are met.
  • Support students with personal care and daily routines while maintaining dignity and safety.
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging independence and social skills.
  • Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and support.


Essential Experience

  • Previous experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASD.
  • Patience, empathy, and a caring approach when working with children who have complex needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with both students and parents.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude to adapt to students' needs.
