Rubicon Consulting is a recruitment business supplying contract and permanent staff in the Power, Utilities and Telecoms market. We are currently recruiting for a part time Admin assistant to join our team in Hockley Heath, working Mondays and Tuesdays 8am -4:30pm
Role Responsibilities:
Receiving and directing phone calls.
Editing and preparing contracts for workers and following up on required documentation to support your team.
Creating job adverts for vacancies and submitting to job boards.
Uploading CVs to our database.
Utilizing Microsoft Office and other software for daily tasks.
