- Solid knowledge of plant and equipment
- Experience in plant hire, logistics, and haulage coordination
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Construction industry experience desirable
- Coordinate and fulfil site plant requirements in line with delivery timelines
- Optimise use of owned plant and minimise reliance on external hire
- Liaise with suppliers to secure best cost and service
- Communicate effectively with site teams regarding equipment and delivery updates
- Assist in managing plant replacement, damage charges, and equipment queries
- Maintain supplier compliance with high standards of safety and quality
- Stay informed on new plant products and innovations
