- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and waste management activities.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, attendance, and training.
- Conduct quality and health & safety audits, addressing non-conformances promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to build strong working relationships.
- Ensure all team members comply with health and safety procedures.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary issues in line with company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing effective processes and procedures.
- Proven experience supervising teams in cleaning or waste management.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and legislation.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively.
