Salary:11.44 Per Hour - Increase to 12.21 from April 1st 2025
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliableProduction Operative/Packerto join our team. The role involves operating machinery, performing quality inspections on each product, and packing products efficiently to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Machinery:Set up, monitor, and operate production machines safely and efficiently.
- Heavy Lifting:Handle and move materials/products as required.
- Packing & Labelling:Ensure products are correctly packed and labelled for distribution.
- Quality Inspection:Check products for defects, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Health & Safety Compliance:Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Teamwork & Efficiency:Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Mechanically minded.
Transport is preferred due to client location however public transport is accessible.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
08:00am - 16:30pm
