JOB ROLE: Scheduling Administrator

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy operations function.

As a Scheduling Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the scheduling, planning, and quoting of jobs across the UK. This is an office-based position where you will work closely with a small team to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate jobs to engineers based on location and availability.
  • Prepare and provide quotations for upcoming jobs.
  • Keep clients updated on the status of ongoing repairs and jobs.
  • Manage and respond to incoming emails and phone calls.
  • Plan and organize future maintenance work.
  • Address and resolve any inquiries related to repairs.
