Office Administrator, Somerton, 25 hours per week, Mon-Fri, Part-Time, Permanent, £13 per hour

Calling all Administrators! I am looking for a driven and self-motivated professional who would like a dynamic role within a well establish local business.

You will be joining a small team so there will always be something to do. Your duties will vary slightly everyday however you can expect:

  • General Administration Duties
  • Liaising the workshop with drivers
  • Producing invoices
  • Reconciling payments / Orders
  • Helping with the payroll / Accounts

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a small friendly team, where you will have the stability to know what each day at the office will bring, while still meeting and liaising with new people daily.

The ideal Office Administrator will need to be able to work under your own initiative and support the Directors, as well as be able demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Strong and Confident Communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
  • Previous Sage experience or similar
