Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Family Team Fee Earner to join our team, with a hybrid working model based from our clients Bridgwater office, offering flexibility between office and home working.

THE ROLE:

  • You will handle a wide range of privately funded family law work, including:
  • Divorce and civil partnerships
  • Cohabitation disputes
  • Financial settlements
  • TOLATA (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act) advice up to court
  • Cohabitation agreements, pre and post-nuptial agreements, and separation agreements
  • Child arrangements

You will also attend and represent clients in court and may need to attend clients at our other offices when required. This role comes with genuine opportunities for career development and progression within an experienced and supportive team.

THE CANDIDATE:

You are likely a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive seeking a new challenge in a fast-paced role with ample room for growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
