Job Title: Head of IT

Salary: Up to 70,000
Our client is seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead their multi-functional IT department, including Service Desk, Hardware, and Data teams. This is a strategic, non-technical role focused on operational management and people leadership within a Microsoft technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee Service Desk, Hardware, and Data teams, driving performance and alignment with business goals.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations across all IT functions with a focus on service quality and efficiency.
- Data Management: Bring strong data management expertise to guide best practices in data security and compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, aligning IT initiatives with organisational needs.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in IT management with strong skills in people leadership.
- Stakholders: Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
- Microsoft Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack.
- Data Insight: Solid background in data management and operational excellence.
- Excellent Communication: Skilled in building stakeholder relationships at all levels.
