This customer-facing role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of food science, and a willingness to learn. You must have experience in product development within food manufacturing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A full driving license is essential.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with flexibility), primarily based in the kitchen, with the option for one day per week remote working. Some UK and European travel will be required for customer visits and training. We can accommodate a notice period of up to three months for the right candidate.
