An excellent opportunity for an Estimator to develop their skills within a growing sub-contractor who are specialists in Curtain walling, Window and door's for renowned blue chip clients around the South West.

Do you have Estimating experience in curtain walling, window, and door projects? Are you eager to broaden your skillset and grow with a dynamic and forward-thinking contractor?

This niche contractor manufacture and install Curtain Walls, Doors and Windows industry to blue chip clients in and around the South West. They're work on Commercial projects including education, healthcare and hotels valuing around the 250K mark .Due to their seamless service they have undergone organic growth and now are looking to bolster their Estimating department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator to take the next step in their career, within a well establish business where they will refine their skills whilst working with renowned clientele on a variety of projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive tenders for a variety of clients. Your duties will include managing the enquiries portal, liaising with clients to fully understand project scope, and sourcing material costs both internally (for in-house manufactured items) and externally. You will then prepare and submit the tender to clients for review.

The ideal candidate will have an Estimating background with experience estimating for Curtain wall, Doors and Windows projects with the commercial sector looking to join a well-established company alongside a generous salary and career prospects.

The role
- Estimating for Commercial projects
- Working on Curtain wall, Window and Door Projects for blue chip clients
- Obtaining both internal and external material and labour costs to produce a competitive tender
- Handing over successful tenders to the Construction departments

- Estimating skills
- Some experience working on Curtain wall, Window and Door Projects
- Methodical person with good attention to detail
- Highly motivated looking to take the next step in their career
- Willing to commute to Somerset with a full UK driver's license.
