Join our team as a Band 6 CPN and play a key role in supporting older adults with mental health conditions. In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for older adults
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Deliver evidence-based mental health treatments
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NMC registration and a valid pin
- Experience in older person mental health services
- Strong assessment and care planning skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
