To be successful in the Income Officer role you'll need:
- Experience in Income management and debt recovery/collection, including negotiating repayment arrangements, providing welfare benefit and money advice and preparing applications for court.
- Knowledge and experience of working as an Income Office within Social Housing
- Effective decision making skills, a confidential approach and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
