IT Data Cabling Project Manager

My client is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, specialising in data cabling and IT infrastructure services. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Data Cabling Project Manager to join our team.

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of IT data cabling projects. This role requires good leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a good understanding of data cabling and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage data cabling projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of data cabling systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring high performance and motivation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management, preferably in data cabling or a related industry.
