About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support for client issues, particularly across the M365 stack (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
- Assist with Azure environment troubleshooting and configuration.
- Collaborate with 3rd line support when necessary.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to service improvements.
- Act as the escalation point for 1st line engineers.
Key Requirements:
- Proven 2nd Line IT Support experience.
- Expertise with M365 technologies and a solid understanding of Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with non-technical users.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Microsoft certifications are desirable.
