Area Integration Engineer
Certain Advantage is hiring for an Area Integration Engineer based in Somerset.

We're working with a leading energy project, which is at the forefront of the UK's sustainable energy future. This project is backed by industry leaders and is set to revolutionise energy generation, with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Area Integration Engineer to join a dynamic Delivery Integration Team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the deliverability of planned work schedules, resolving construction sequence challenges, and maintaining alignment with key milestones.

Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing and developing construction sequences for structures, systems, and components within designated areas from manufacturing through to commissioning.
* Evaluating the construction schedule to confirm the feasibility of planned sequences alongside related structures, systems, and constraints.
* Assessing the availability of materials and equipment to determine project readiness.
* Ensuring adherence to Delivery Work Pack and Interface Data Sheet procedures.
* Collaborating across multiple site functions, including Engineering, Project Management, Planning, Procurement, Delivery, Commissioning, and Site Operations.
* Addressing transverse issues spanning multiple project areas.

The Individual
We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
* Strong technical background
* Experience delivering complex projects
* Proficiency in planning tools (P6), 3D/4D model interrogation tools (e.g., Navisworks, Synchro), and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with data management tools such as databases or PowerBI.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
