Are you an experienced Finance and Payroll Administrator looking for a temporary, part-time opportunity? Look no further! Our client, a friendly and welcoming team are seeking a methodical and process driven individual to join them on a temporary basis, starting immediately for a minimum of 8 weeks.

As a Finance and Payroll Administrator, you will have the opportunity to utilise your expertise to provide an efficient and effective bookkeeping and payroll service following the company's financial policies, procedures and process.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Manage purchase and sales ledgers, posting to Quickbooks
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts to trial balance
  • Undertake all bookkeeping and bank reconciliation work
  • Preparing for and processing of the monthly payroll and associated payments to HMRC and the pension provider
  • Processing expense claims and posting to Quickbooks

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of Quickbooks would be desirable
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
