Are you a Finance and Admin Assistant looking to something different? We are recruiting for a Family business in Somerton that are looking for a Pro Active and get stuck in Finance and Admin Assistant to join them during a period of growth.

You will be part of a small friendly team, you will need to be able to get stuck in, support the team around you, be self-motivated and work to deadlines.

As a Finance and Admin Assistant your role will be varied and reward, including:

  • Book Keeping and Management accounts (Sage)
  • Administration and General Finance Duties
  • Assisting with the Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries

You will need to bring your experience a Finance and Admin Administrator to this varied and interesting role, you will need to have:

  • AAT qualified or similar
  • Experience with SAGE or other accounting software
  • Be able to take initiative, to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • You will need to have excellent IT Skills (MS Office packages)
  • Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally at all levels.
