About the RoleAs Store Manager, you'll lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure the store operates efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading a retail team to drive sales and exceed KPIs
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Managing stock, implementing promotions, and ensuring product launches run smoothly
