Somerset Council are looking for an experienced locum Social Worker to join the Family Safeguardin team in Mendip. This team is based in Shape Mendip in Shepton Mallet, and offers flexible hybrid working.
The key purpose of the role is to work alongside families to support and develop motivations for change and to improve the outcomes for the most vulnerable young people and families.
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification
* Experience as a Social Worker within children's services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving License and access to vehicle
