Finance and Admin Assistant, £27,000 pa, Somerton - Somerset, Permanent, Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week on site.
Are you a Finance and Admin Assistant looking to something different? We are recruiting for a Family business in Somerton that are looking for a Pro Active and get stuck in Finance and Admin Assistant to join them during a period of growth.
You will be part of a small friendly team, you will need to be able to get stuck in, support the team around you, be self-motivated and work to deadlines.
As a Finance and Admin Assistant your role will be varied and reward, including:
- Book Keeping and Management accounts (Sage)
- Administration and General Finance Duties
- Assisting with the Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Dealing with incoming enquiries
You will need to bring your experience a Finance and Admin Administrator to this varied and interesting role, you will need to have:
- AAT qualified or similar
- Experience with SAGE or other accounting software
- Be able to take initiative, to prioritise and meet deadlines
- You will need to have excellent IT Skills (MS Office packages)
- Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally at all levels.
