Tank is seeking a Telecoms Field Engineer for a 3-6 month contract with a key client.
The position requires previous experience in router configuration, preferably with BT or Openreach.

Tank have been engaged by a key client to recruit a Telecoms Field Engineer for a 3-6 month initial contract.

All equipment will be provided having your own van is preferable although can be sourced for you, mileage paid.

Responsibilities

Identifying requirements for each site from previous surveys arranging additional visits where necessary
Identifying a route from incoming SOGEA line to the outstation, connecting the outgoing router to the router rig
Configuring dependent on the determined solution and ensuring updated correctly
Attending sites in Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and South Gloustershire 2 weeks ahead of installation
Able to be on site from 8am around once a week

Router experience with BT or Openreach would be great
