About the Role
As a Fire Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring fire safety across various projects. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments, reviewing FRAs and fire strategies, and providing technical and quality monitoring on construction projects.
You will offer comprehensive fire safety advice to clients, staying current with legislation, and developing fire safety strategies and management plans. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying solutions to fire safety-related issues and supporting the preparation of key documents, policies, and procedures.
Key Requirements
- Must be registered on the FRAR (Fire Risk Assessor Register)
- Experience conducting type 1-4 risk assessments
- Proficient in Fire Door and Compartmentation surveys
- Skilled in using Bluebeam software
- Strong background in fire safety and strategy development
- Ability to identify and resolve fire safety problems
- Interest in career progression within the risk assessment industry
