Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging history lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing regular feedback.
- Encourage students’ critical thinking, debate, and exploration of historical events and contexts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and contribute to the school’s curriculum development.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for history.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching history at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A passion for history and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
