Quantity Surveyor – South BrentA leading fit out contractor are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis due to awarded projects. This role involves technical challenges including providing a high level of service through client facing and client focused practices for a variety of projects with a value up to a couple hundred thousand. If you are commercially astute and have a proven track record in a similar role and excited about the possibility of a new role, then read on. This position could be suitable for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for progression!Responsibilities:
  • Review of Contract Documents and identify contractual risks
  • Provide up to date information on anticipated final account figures and projected profit
  • Provide feedback to estimators regarding actual costs
  • Identify cost saving opportunities
  • Identify and record variations to contract
  • Monitor variation accounts, for inclusion where appropriate within client account
  • Agree final accounts and reconcile with client account
