Our client based near Lincoln are looking for an Opertions Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Longer term there is a great scope of the right person to take over the day to day running of the business.
This is an office based role but the role will include visits to numerous sites across the east of England from North Yorkshire down to Cambridgeshire. Planning and attention to detail are paramount as you will be overseeing a team of Engineers that build, fault find, problem solve, maintain, and carry out repairs as required. A background in contstruction or engineering is a must.
Previous experience in a sales environment will be a big advantage as in this role you will need to have the ability to provide and adjust quotes and visit high net worth clients and exceed their expectations.
Essential:
- Previous Experience in Project/Operations Management in a construction/engineering field.
- Full UK driving licence.
- An enhanced DBS check will be carried out on the successful applicant.
Skills and Experience:
· Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.
· Honest, reliable, motivated, hardworking, punctual, and friendly.
· Accurate, efficient, and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
· As the “face of the company” while on site it is essential you have excellent customer skills and take pride in your personal appearance and presentation.

Hours of work:
· Monday to Friday
· Normal hours are 7am to 3.30pm with average 1 – 2 hours O/T available per day. (Company van provided during working hours)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00 - £40,000.00 plus overtime per year.
