Finance Assistant now required to join a growing finance division in Cirencester
As their Finance Assistant you will be joining a 60m business who will be growing again next year.
This is a role to assist across all transactional areas of the business.
- Processing of purchase invoices, Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing of employee expenses, credit card expenditure.
- Producing weekly payment runs.
- Maintain accurate up to date supplier records
- Posting of Other bank transactions.
To be successful
- Strong IT and Excel Skills (VLook Ups, Pivot Tables)
- Must be numerate, literate and have good communication skills
- Ability to manage your own time.
- Driven to ensure tasks are seen through to completion.
- Have experience of large volume transactions, data, invoices etc.
