Finance Assistant now required to join a growing finance division in Cirencester

As their Finance Assistant you will be joining a 60m business who will be growing again next year.

This is a role to assist across all transactional areas of the business.

  • Processing of purchase invoices, Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Processing of employee expenses, credit card expenditure.
  • Producing weekly payment runs.
  • Maintain accurate up to date supplier records
  • Posting of Other bank transactions.

To be successful

  • Strong IT and Excel Skills (VLook Ups, Pivot Tables)
  • Must be numerate, literate and have good communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own time.
  • Driven to ensure tasks are seen through to completion.
  • Have experience of large volume transactions, data, invoices etc.
