Are you an HR professional, who enjoys the working on the Policy and benefits side of HR? Do you also enjoy working with Data and Analytics within an HR setting, if so we have the perfect role for you here.

You will get the chance to join and work with an ambitious and expanding mutual society, in a small but close knit HR team, where your role will be to take ownership of the Policy and Benefits side of HR here, creating new company policies, including maintaining and updating exiting company policies as well as leading the benefits side of the HR team, managing and looking after the benefits and rewards platform, and looking at developing this moving forward for the business as well as handling the online training platform too. Lastly you will also handle some work with a data and analytics edge here too, using their in house system to interpret data and produce various analytical reports and some general HR admin work too supporting your team.

They offer a genuinely awesome place to work. We have worked with this business for a number of years now, and they have a very impressive staff retention rate (which includes a number of candidates who have joined through us) so the proof is in the pudding!

They offer some genuinely great perks here too,  such as staff away days and social functions, with a benefits package that includes, Private Health Cover,  25 days holiday + bank holidays to start, free eye care, a 10% of salary annual bonus and a 10% non-contributory pension, death in service (x4 of base salary). And the benefits do not stop there, as they also offer a staff Employee Assistance program, and discounted membership investment opportunities as well as a further two days leave year fully paid to go and work for a charity of your choice. They also offer hybrid working and onsite parking is also provided.

First and foremost, you must be an experienced HR professional, with previous experience of handling policies and procedures, working on company benefits and training as well as some general HR experience too. You will also need to have good IT/systems experience too, with the ability to interpret data and produce reports.

This is a truly fabulous opportunity to join a great local employer in Gloucestershire, who offer a fun and friendly working environment, working with a warm and friendly team!

Office hours are 8:45am to 5pm and the salary on offer is £35-£38,000, depending on experience including all the benefits mentioned above, with them offering hybrid working. (You will need to be in the office 2/3 days a week)
