Payroll Administrator now required to join a growing finance division in Cirencester

As their Payroll Administrator you will be joining a rapidly growing business covering pay for over 1500 people a week, mix of PAYE/CIS

  • Supporting the team with the processing of the weekly and monthly PAYE and CIS payrolls
  • Reconciling and uploading pension contributions
  • Processing of P45's and P60's
  • Processing starters, leavers and changes, both PAYE and CIS
  • Manual load of Tax Code Notices, sickness calculations
  • Average Holiday Pay calculations
  • Processing of third party payments
  • Supporting with regular audits

To be successful

  • Strong IT and Excel Skills
  • Must be numerate, literate and have good communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own time.
  • Driven to ensure tasks are seen through to completion.
  • Have experience of large volume transactions, data, invoices etc.
