Do you enjoy organisation, problem solving and working with people from different teams across a business? If so, then the Project Analyst role may be for you!
You will get the chance to join and work with an ambitious and expanding mutual society, in their projects team.
What does a Project Analyst do, you may ask? You will play a key role in supporting the governance, planning and delivery of projects and small change to ensure the business stays on track and deliver value to the organisation. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy structure, working with data and helping teams succeed.
Everyday is different and that’s what makes this role so interesting. You could be helping put together reporting to assist the board in decision making, you could be assisting a project manager to plan their resource requirements to support their delivery plan, you could be involved in the Request for Change process to identify the complexity & steps to deliver change, you could be helping facilitate workshops or you could be managing spreadsheets to help track progress and goals! And the best thing is that is just a snapshot of the things you could get involved in.
If you already manage schedules, track information or communicate across teams then you already have a strong foundation for what is needed in this role. You can build on the admin experience you have in conjunction with a role that offers challenges, variety and career progression.
So what is in it for you, bar from a role that gives you so much variety? They offer a genuinely awesome place to work. We have worked with this business for a number of years now, and they have a very impressive staff retention rate (which includes a number of candidates who have joined through us) so the proof is in the pudding!
They offer some genuinely great perks here too, such as staff away days and social functions, with a benefits package that includes, Private Health Cover, 25 days holiday + bank holidays to start, free eye care, a 10% of salary annual bonus and a 10% non-contributory pension, death in service (x4 of base salary). And the benefits do not stop there, as they also offer a staff Employee Assistance program, and discounted membership investment opportunities as well as a further two days leave year fully paid to go and work for a charity of your choice. They also offer hybrid working and onsite parking is also provided.
This is a truly fabulous opportunity to join a great local employer in Gloucestershire, who offer a fun and friendly working environment, working with a warm and friendly team!
Office hours are 8:45am to 5pm and the salary on offer is £27-£35,000, depending on experience including all the benefits mentioned above, with them offering hybrid working. (You will need to be in the office 2/3 days a week)
