My client is a Chartered wealth planning business with offices across the South East who have been operating for many years with significant financial backing. I have met the Directors and placed 7 staff into the business. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid whole of market advice to private clients who are City professionals, families, business owners, retirees and accumulators. Many of their clients fall into the HNW category over £5m of assets to invest. This business has a team of c. 20 staff who ensure a smooth and effective advice offering to their clients.
My client has purchased a business in Croydon who administer pensions advice to a large databased of 15,000+ clients. They have completed an extensive piece of research into these clients and found many would take financial advice on other areas if offered such as investments, tax planning, retirement planning etc. A vacancy has come available for a driven Business Development Manager who can engage with these clients and introduce them to a qualified Financial Adviser.
The role can offer extensive flexibility, but you will be asked to come to the offices in Croydon a few days per week. If you are sitting any exams towards your level 4 diploma, then my client will support you with your studies and they can offer you a route to being a Financial Adviser. My client places a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeing and team rapport and regularly enjoy company socials and trips away. My client are looking to offer circa £35k basic salary with uncapped earnings.
