This is a Case Administrator/Support Worker role. Applicants must have excellent cross-grade communication and interpersonal skills; a high level of IT literacy (including experience of O365 applications such as Outlook, TEAMS, Word and Excel); be able to operate in a fast-paced, risk-orientated environment; and be able to respond quickly and confidently to competing demands with excellent time management skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective organization and administration. This is a discrete role working to support a senior probation officer with Dyslexia. It is anticipated that the task list will include but will not necessarily be limited to the following: Change font and colour of text in selected emails; change font and colour of text in selected documents; attend and take minutes of selected meetings; type up handwritten notes; arrange meetings with other professionals via email or phone calls; diarise meetings and tasks in calendar; print off selected documents; assist in the completion of pre-case allocation checklists; proof read reports; add contact log entries in case management system as directed; navigate OneNote; ensure deadlines are met regarding reports; liaise closely with other staff and administrators.

Vetting to standard EL1 will be undertaken by PS, prior to start. This will be a long term booking, subject to review.
