Your role will consist of leading the design and analysis of residential structures, mentoring junior engineers, and conducting site visits to oversee construction practices. You will oversee the preparation of structural calculations and design documentation, utilizing Revit and other industry-standard software while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Additionally, you will participate in strategic team meetings, drive innovative design solutions, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
