The firm's team advises on the full range Private Client matters including Wills, LPAs, Court of Protection, estate administrations, Trusts, and Tax planning and advise. The firm are looking to bolster their Residential Conveyancing team with the addition of a Senior Associate in their Croydon office. This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years' experience within a fee earning role.As part of the role, you will be managing a full caseload of matters including:

- Freehold and leasehold sale and purchases
- Mortgages and Remortgages
- Help to Buy
- Lease Extensions
This is an exciting opportunity for the incoming Residential Conveyancer to manage a mixed caseload of work, on properties ranging from the hundreds of thousands to the multimillion pounds.The role offers a competitive salary of between £45,000 to £65,000 a year (depending upon experience) as well as a clear bonus structure (15% on anything above target). You will be required to develop their existing client base as well as contribute to developing new business to the firm.
