Mortgage Adviser required. My client is a growing mortgage brokerage based in the Croydon area, who are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their fantastic team due to continued success.

Mortgage Adviser Job Overview
- Provide advice and arranging various types of mortgages including, but not limited to; residential mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages, remortgages and product transfers
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to understand their situation and overall goals
- Cross-selling insurance products from market leading insurers
- Delivering high levels of detailed client care
- Foster and developing relationships with prospective clients
- Generate and retain business
- Assess clients' financial status, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, to determine their borrowing capacity and eligibility for various mortgage products
Mortgage Adviser Job Requirements
- Fully CeMAP qualified
- Achieved CAS status (preferred)
- Previous experience working in a mortgage brokerage - 2+ years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of mortgage and insurance products
- No panel exclusions
- IT proficiency
As this role is based in the Croydon area, suitable candidates must have a reasonable commute to th area. Hybrid working is available once probation has been completed.
Mortgage Adviser Salary & Benefits
- £30,000-£35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
