We are a well-established recruitment agency looking for dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a mainstream secondary school in Croydon. Role Overview: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students with their academic progress. Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons and support students with their learning

  • Work alongside teachers to monitor and track students' progress

Requirements:

  • A recent university graduate (preferably in a subject related to the curriculum)
  • A passion for education and helping students reach their potential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build rapport with students and staff
  • A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
  • Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
