The Role: Part-Time Teaching Assistant - Croydon We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Teaching Assistant to join the team on a part-time basis. The role involves working closely with students across Key Stage 1 and 2, providing classroom support and ensuring a positive and nurturing environment.

- Providing one-to-one and small group support for students who need additional help
- Assisting the teacher with lesson preparations and classroom organization
- Helping to manage student behaviour and providing encouragement
- Supporting children's emotional and social development
- Assisting with the administration of assessments and observations

- Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
