Position: Full-Time Experienced Teaching AssistantLocation: CroydonSalary: £110.00-£120.00 Daily

About Us: Experienced Teaching Assistant - Croydon Academics are looking for a skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to work alongside dedicated staff at an 'outstanding' rated Ofsted Primary School.

Key Duties: Experienced Teaching Assistant - Croydon

• Provide personalized support to children with special educational needs (SEN) when needed.
• Work in collaboration with the class teacher to deliver tailored interventions
• Support students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
• Help prepare learning resources and materials
• Supervise students during break times and assist with lunch duties

Skills & Qualifications: Experienced Teaching Assistant - Croydon

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant
• Experience working with children with SEN is desirable
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children
• A nurturing and patient approach to working with young learners
