Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" primary school in Croydon, seeking an enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support KS1 or KS2 students with autism. This 2-form entry mainstream school is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment, supporting pupils with communication, interaction, and cognitive needs.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with autism
  • Lead small group SEN intervention sessions
  • Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Follow EHCP targets and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCO
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant
  • Knowledge of supporting pupils with autism
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional references
  • Right to work in the UK
  • CV covering the last 10 years of employment history
