This 2-form entry mainstream school is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment, supporting pupils with communication, interaction, and cognitive needs.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support for pupils with autism
Lead small group SEN intervention sessions
Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
Follow EHCP targets and monitor progress
Collaborate with teachers and SENCO

Requirements:

Previous experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Knowledge of supporting pupils with autism
Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional references
Right to work in the UK
CV covering the last 10 years of employment history
