Tradewind is working with an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" primary school in Croydon, seeking an enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support KS1 or KS2 pupils. This inclusive, 2-form entry school provides excellent support for children with diverse needs, including ASD and cognitive difficulties.

Role Highlights:

Provide 1:1 support for an autistic pupil in KS1 or KS2
Lead intervention sessions for SEN groups
Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
Follow EHCP targets and track progress

Requirements:
