Salary: £36,413 - £48,532 per year (Outer London Main Scale)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Teacher to join our primary school team in Croydon. The successful candidate will undertake internal cover teaching across various year groups within the school. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and progress of our students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across a variety of year groups, ensuring continuity and progress in learning
• Support the school’s ethos and vision, promoting positive behaviour and the emotional well-being of every pupil
• Maintain high expectations for academic achievement and pupil engagement
• Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
• Support the pastoral care and social development of children, contributing to their overall well-being

Desired Skills and Experience:

• A qualified primary school teacher  (QTS)with experience in delivering high-quality teaching
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for creating positive learning environments
• A commitment to the academic and emotional well-being of all children
• The ability to adapt to different year groups and work flexibly within a supportive school team
• A drive for continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the school community
