Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs?

Academics is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join a new Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP) within a thriving primary school in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children with additional learning needs, particularly those with Autism (ASD) and speech & language difficulties.

The Role:
  • Supporting early years/nursery-aged children within the ELP
  • Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning and support strategies
  • Creating an engaging and nurturing environment for children with diverse needs
  • Supporting communication development and social interaction skills
The Ideal Candidate:

? Experience working with early years/nursery-aged children? Understanding of SEN, particularly Autism (ASD) and speech & language needs? Passionate about inclusion and making a difference in children's lives? Able to work effectively as part of a team within a school setting? Available to start immediately and commit to a full-time role
