Job Description: Domiciliary Care Coordinator - Croydon

We are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our team at SureCare, covering the Croydon and Sutton areas.

Role Overview: - Primarily office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. - On-call duties two nights a week and every other weekend from home. If necessary, you may need to provide care during on-call hours. - Responsible for creating accurate rotas, ensuring all calls are covered, and matching carers to clients effectively.

Requirements: - Computer literate with strong organisational skills. - Must be a driver with access to a car. - Right to work in the UK without sponsorship. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with office staff, social workers, clients, carers, and healthcare professionals.

Principal Responsibilities: - Maintain confidentiality at all times. - Keep client and carer information up to date. - Assist with daily issues as they arise. - Answer all phone calls promptly and politely.

Person Specification: - Self-motivated and organised. - Team player with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. - Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
