Our client, within the public sector, is seeking a talented and experienced AI Business Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis. With a daily rate starting from £500 Inside IR35, this 6-month contract offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation of a cutting-edge AI assistant tool.

As the AI Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the testing and deployment of our client's AI assistant tool across various sections of their website. Your main objective will be to improve access to information for residents, reduce administrative burden for the council, and empower council employees by relieving them of routine information queries. By collaborating with stakeholders and technical developers, you will ensure the AI tool delivers accurate responses and meets the needs of the organisation.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in business analysis and have a proven track record in driving successful AI projects. Experience in scaling MS Copilot Studio and knowledge management is highly desirable. Additionally, your ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights will be instrumental in enhancing the AI assistant's performance.

Prepare the groundwork for expanding the AI capability into other use cases.Lead the setup, testing, and operation of the AI assistant.Oversee governance arrangements to ensure the AI tool responds effectively and accurately to sensitive issues.Collaborate with service areas to improve AI responses and source data.Work alongside technical developers to enhance the quality and reliability of AI responses.Monitor user feedback and analyse data analytics to enhance AI performance.Liaise with customer contact teams to assess the impact and benefits of the AI tool.Support the setup and operation of new governance arrangements.
