Cyber Secuirty Manager | Hybrid (2 days on site per week)

About the Role:

Our client, a leading player in the travel industry, is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies, policies, and controls. You will play a key role in securing critical systems, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards like ISO 27001, and overseeing incident response. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed security across all platforms, including customer-facing websites, internal systems, and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cybersecurity Strategy & Policy Development: Design and implement effective policies and controls to safeguard systems and data from evolving threats.
  • Threat Detection & Incident Response: Lead efforts in detecting, responding to, and mitigating cybersecurity incidents.
  • Security Integration: Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security protocols across applications and networks.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Training & Awareness: Deliver cybersecurity training to foster a culture of security across the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging threats and continuously evolve security strategies.
