Credit Control Assistant - Leading Company - Permanent - Croydon

A UK leading Property Management company is looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail to support the Credit Control Team in Croydon. Working as part of a highly successful team, you will provide Administrative support to Credit Controllers who manage client payments

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for issuing all reminders on a timely basis.
  • Reviewing and updating arrears tracking systems
  • Sending first reminders
  • Reviewing notes and other records
  • Liaising with colleagues and sending out final reminders as instructed
  • Monitoring standing orders/direct debits and payment
  • Raising and billing all fees
  • General Administration duties

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Credit Control, basic accounts or Administration experience preferred
  • Ability to work to deadlines and processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Enjoys problem solving
  • Keen to learn and develop new skills
