Immigration Solicitor / Legal ExecutiveLondon - Stratford or Croydon - Surrey | Competitive Salary + BenefitsA well-established and respected law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its dedicated team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with clients on a range of UK visa and immigration matters, including family, work, asylum, and business immigration. The RoleThe successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, offering expert legal representation and advice to clients navigating the UK immigration system. You will be responsible for visa applications, appeals, administrative reviews, and judicial reviews, working closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload covering Family Visas, Work Visas, Asylum, Humanitarian Protection, and EU Settlement Scheme applications
  • Advising clients on visa refusals, appeals, and judicial reviews, including challenging Home Office decisions
  • Assisting clients with immigration bail applications and deportation matters
  • Preparing legal documentation, including application forms, personal statements, and appeal bundles
  • Conducting client consultations via Microsoft Teams and in-person meetings
  • Representing clients in tribunal hearings and liaising with UKVI and the Home Office

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in immigration law

  • Strong advocacy and negotiation abilities
  • Experience managing complex visa applications, appeals, and Home Office refusals
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
