THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised Legal Team Administrator to join our international Legal Department. Based in Croydon, you will be part of a collaborative team supporting legal operations across multiple regions. This role is integral in coordinating legal services, ensuring smooth processes, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Logging contract review requests in our bespoke database Conducting searches and identifying relevant legal connections Tracking invoices and raising purchase orders using our finance software Managing team timesheets Organising meetings, training sessions, and complex travel arrangements Assisting with legal team queries and stakeholder support

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in an administrative role within a legal department, law firm, or professional services business is preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn and master new systems quickly (training provided) Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to manage shifting workloads Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
