About Us: Simple Clean is a dedicated exterior cleaning company serving property managers, block management companies, landlords, facilities managers, and residential customers across four divisions: exterior cleaning, major works, roof cleaning, and window cleaning.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our supportive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone enquiries and emails from potential and existing clients and suppliers.
  • Assist in managing the director’s schedule for client meetings and site visits.
  • Maintain the CRM system, including scheduling work for mobile operatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, completion reports, and other documentation.
  • Track and order any stock/equipment.
  • Execute tasks with precision and diligence.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with effective workload and deadline management.
  • Competent in basic maths skills.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable dealing with clients and customers via phone and email.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
